kde-style-bespin software package provides very glossy Qt4/KDE4 window decoration, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-style-bespin
kde-style-bespin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-style-bespin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-style-bespin *
You will get with kde-style-bespin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
